Sales Activations Assistant (FMCG)

About the role

The Sales Activations Assistant will support the execution of sales activation programmes within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Working closely with sales, trade marketing and merchandising teams, the role ensures that promotional activities are rolled out effectively and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Cascade and monitor sales activation programmes across assigned territories.
• Conduct field checks to validate execution quality and compliance.
• Coordinate daily activities with Sales, Trade Marketing and Merchandising teams.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Support cross‑functional communication to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of FMCG experience in sales, trade marketing or activations.
• Background in sales operations and report management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong execution, coordination and performance‑tracking capabilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting based in Banawe, Quezon City.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
