Runner Manager for International Street Food Market

About the role

Reffen is looking for an energetic and outgoing Runner Manager to oversee the daily operations of its bustling street‑food market. You will work in a casual, international environment and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily workflow of runners across a large outdoor area.
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of runners to deliver high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to maintain smooth market operations.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting and address urgent issues promptly.

Required profile

• At least 23 years old and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in event or festival operations and staff management is advantageous.
• Service‑oriented, solution‑focused and able to quickly assess a large geographic work area.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, especially during the summer months.
