About the role

Reffen is looking for an energetic and outgoing Runner Manager to ensure smooth daily operations in its bustling open‑air street food market. Working closely with other team leaders, you will coordinate a team of runners to deliver an outstanding experience for thousands of international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of runners, ensuring timely service and efficient movement across the market area.
• Lead, motivate and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.
• Collaborate with other department heads to maintain seamless overall operations.
• Prioritise tasks in a large geographic area, responding quickly to the most pressing needs.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in operations and staff management at festivals or similar large‑scale events is advantageous.
• Service‑minded, solution‑oriented and able to quickly assess and prioritise tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of two days per week during the summer months.
