Roving Occupational Health Physician

About the role

The Roving Occupational Health Physician provides on‑site medical services to employees across multiple project locations, ensuring prompt diagnosis, treatment, and health education. This role blends clinical care with occupational health program management to support a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage an occupational health service program integrated with site safety initiatives.
• Deliver outpatient consultations, treat work‑related and non‑work‑related illnesses, and refer cases to specialists or higher‑level facilities as needed.
• Prepare regular health reports on illness incidence, prevalence, and overall employee health status.
• Lead health‑promotion programs, conduct health awareness sessions, and provide counseling on disease prevention.
• Ensure medical equipment is functional and report any issues promptly.
• Monitor workplace conditions for health hazards through periodic assessments and inspections.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and submit required reports in compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
• Advise management and labor on health matters and report to the Medical Director and site/project managers.

Required profile

• Licensed Medical Doctor.
• Basic Course on Occupational Medicine (certificate preferred).
• Willingness to work 8 hours per day, Monday‑Saturday, and be assigned to project sites.
• Experience in corporate and construction settings is preferred.
• Readiness to be deployed in Tanza (Cavite), Pasay City, Makati City, or San Jose del Monte (Bulacan).
