Roster Clerk (Onsite, Full‑time)

About the role

The Roster Clerk will support the delivery of community‑based services by managing the daily schedules of support professionals and nurses. Working onsite at our Clark office, you will collaborate with coordinators and clients to ensure staffing aligns with assessed needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update rosters for support professionals, nurses, and private‑client services.
• Coordinate with coordinators and customers to match staff availability with client requirements.
• Document all client and staff events in the IT system and keep data current.
• Assist with after‑hours roster coordination as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and accreditation processes.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with support staff to promote retention.
• Identify and propose improvements to rostering processes and related business procedures.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a rostering or scheduling role, preferably within disability, aged‑care or community health settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective services.
