Wellness and Resiliency Senior Coach

About the role

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is looking for a Wellness and Resiliency Senior Coach in Imus. The role leads and promotes the "Frontline First" approach so that employees are productive, resilient and enjoy coming to work. It involves coaching interventions that help employees reach goals and overcome obstacles, under the guidance of the Wellness and Resiliency Manager or Sr Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Wellness and Resiliency Manager/Sr Manager with leadership and management tasks such as coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting
• Supervise other coaches and be accountable for the performance and goal completion of a specific group, campaign or shift
• Lead the team in the absence of the manager and initiate and lead assigned programs, activities and projects
• Design and facilitate advanced wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming
• Provide individual and group coaching sessions following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics, and partner in creating individual action plans
• Evaluate data, check in with clients at set times and schedule regular coaching sessions
• Create and organize confidential client files, including intake and session documentation
• Assess for emergency or crisis needs and ensure safety planning with clients and endorsement to mental health professionals
• Report accurate data, attend departmental development programs and prepare monthly scorecards, business review decks and a quarterly senior coaches' event

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4-year degree in Psychology, Social Work or a similar track
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching or counseling
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team or a project
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, high discretion and confidentiality, and outstanding communication and listening skills
• Above-average fluency in written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work with shifting hours

Preferred qualifications

• Certification in Life Coaching
• Licensed psychologist, guidance counselor or psychometrician
• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work or a similar track
• General knowledge of mental health care
