Revit Architect – Residential Wood-Frame Construction (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

BizForce is looking for a seasoned Revit Architect with deep expertise in residential wood‑frame construction to work part‑time on a permanent work‑from‑home basis. The role is ideal for a self‑directed professional who can deliver high‑quality construction documents and collaborate seamlessly with an international project team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete construction document sets for residential projects.
• Create accurate architectural drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate drawings and details to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Review and revise documentation throughout design and construction phases.
• Communicate progress, design updates, and technical issues proactively to the project team.
• Manage tasks independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Extensive background in residential wood‑frame construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proven ability to produce detailed construction documents.
• Strong understanding of residential building systems and detailing.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with iGUIDE software is a plus.
• Prior remote work with international teams is advantageous.
