Revenue Growth Consultant

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Revenue Growth Consultant to engage existing hotel customers, uncover new opportunities and guide them toward smarter, more profitable decisions using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to existing customers to explore how SiteMinder can add value.
• Conduct consultative, insight‑driven conversations to identify needs and recommend next steps.
• Manage sales pipeline efficiently from opportunity to activation.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer behavior and product developments.
• Consistently meet revenue goals through value‑led selling.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B or SaaS consultative sales, preferably in hospitality or travel tech.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, spot buying signals and ask the right questions.
• Excellent communication, confident, authentic and persuasive.
• Curiosity about hotel operations and commercial decision‑making.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong motivation to achieve results.
