Retail Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on leader to oversee daily store operations, drive customer engagement, and strengthen community ties. As a Retail Operations Supervisor you will combine frontline management with data‑driven decision‑making and local marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Front of House and Back of House activities, including staffing, cashiering, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with food, service, cleanliness standards and government regulations.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished goods, forecast needs, and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock‑outs or overstock.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and customer feedback data; prepare reports and present insights to management.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews for crew members.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Plan and execute local promotions, in‑store events, and community initiatives to boost store visibility and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or quick‑service restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing frontline teams.
• Proven capability to analyze store performance data and present actionable insights.
• Experience executing store promotions within a local community.
