About the role
Love, Bonito is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant Manager to help build and standardise its retail business across the Philippines. You will act as the primary liaison between headquarters and store teams, ensuring operational excellence and consistent brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain retail business processes to align with company policies.
- Serve as the main point of contact between HQ and individual store locations.
- Oversee inventory control, budgeting, and vendor relationship management.
- Coordinate team training programmes and support store staff development.
- Monitor and drive service and operations performance across all stores.
Required profile
- High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, and sound judgement.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
