Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role you will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and support staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while providing cultural leadership to the team.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and other managers.
• Manage smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, ensuring clear communication with the Departmental Support Center.
• Lead efforts to keep the work environment safe, secure and sanitized, including delegating general cleaning duties.
• Assist the Area Manager in training new team members and coaching the use of operational tools and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate new initiatives to staff and support goal achievement.
• Safeguard company assets such as cash, inventory, equipment and proprietary information.
• Maintain the highest quality of product and service for customers.
• Handle stock requisition, ordering, receiving and conduct bi‑monthly inventory checks.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
• Reliability in handling cash, inventory and equipment.
