About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our front‑of‑house team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. The position involves working flexible shifts in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Required profile
- Preferably a college or high‑school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Minimum height of 5'5".
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attentiveness, patience, active listening, and effective communication skills.
