About the role
Jollibee is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Manager to lead daily operations at its Quezon City outlet. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food safety standards, and driving business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of staff members, conducting performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial planning to meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations to guarantee a welcoming customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication for interaction with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Background in food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred, with prior supervisory experience.
