About the role
We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage outlet in Pasay City. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations across all food and beverage areas.
- Lead service on the floor, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
- Develop and launch innovative programs and promotions to boost guest patronage and revenue.
- Assist with financial budgeting and cost‑control activities to maximize profitability.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload.
- Natural leadership qualities with a genuine talent for connecting with guests and staff.
