Responsable de Almacén (H/M) – Martorell

About the role

Sesé is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee storage, inventory control and material flow at its Martorell site. The role ensures accurate stock, timely supply to production lines and compliance with JIT/JIS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise warehouse layout for efficient material flow.
• Guarantee proper storage, conservation and FIFO handling of goods.
• Plan and execute material provisioning to production lines, managing resources effectively.
• Control inventory through rotating and annual counts, physical verification and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain full traceability of merchandise using the PLUS management system.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations, resolving reception incidents with carriers and suppliers.
• Lead, train and evaluate the warehouse team, overseeing shifts, safety and polyvalence.
• Monitor stock‑risk situations (space constraints, damaged material) and implement short‑term solutions.
• Participate in client audits and ensure compliance with safety, quality and integrated management standards.
• Organise EU and non‑EU transport for empty container returns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong team‑leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality.
• Ability to plan, organise and resolve operational incidents.

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Logistics flow and inventory management.
• KPI monitoring and performance tracking.
• Forklift operation (certificate required).
• Experience with warehouse management systems (PLUS).
