Reserve Officer – Banking Service Manager (Makati)

About the role

The Reserve Officer will step in for absent Business Center personnel, ensuring seamless banking operations and exceptional customer service. This position supports the bank’s compliance, transaction processing, and service delivery across assigned branches, primarily in Makati.

Key responsibilities

• Assume the duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller during their absence.
• Conduct compliance reviews on cases as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duty officer duties.
• Ensure Business Center transactions are processed within established limits, approvals, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate with a four‑year degree in Business or a service‑industry related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the designated area.
