Reserve Officer – Banking Service Manager

About the role

The Reserve Officer supports the Business Center by stepping in for absent personnel and ensuring strict compliance with bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external rules. Based in Makati, the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining operational integrity across multiple service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assume duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, and Service Associate‑Pickup Teller during absences.
• Conduct compliance reviews on assigned cases as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duty officer responsibilities.
• Ensure Business Center transactions are processed within prescribed limits, approvals, and authorities.
• Support business objectives through proactive service initiatives aimed at total customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Graduate with a four‑year degree in Business or a service‑oriented discipline.
• Strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and branch operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• Sales or marketing experience in a bank is an advantage.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.
