Remote Virtual Recruiter – Healthcare Staffing

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Virtual Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare organizations. You will work fully remotely, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates ranging from caregivers to licensed nurses, ensuring each hire supports quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers using job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and proprietary platforms.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews via HelloHire or similar tools, and manage the interview pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in healthcare staffing and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
