Remote Virtual Recruiter for Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a remote Virtual Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare organizations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely placements that improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers using job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and platforms like CareerPlug.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews via tools such as HelloHire, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, background checks, and compliance tasks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time-to-hire) and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare positions or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, CareerPlug, and social media groups.
• Experience using interview scheduling platforms (e.g., HelloHire).
