Remote US Attorney – Licensing & Regulatory Law

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Attorney to provide remote legal support on licensing and regulatory matters for U.S.-based clients. The role involves advising on professional, occupational, and business licensing, ensuring compliance, and representing clients before licensing boards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on federal and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage licensing and renewal applications.
• Assist or represent clients in disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Draft legal memoranda, regulatory filings, responses, and client communications.
• Research and monitor changes in licensing and administrative law.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based counsel, clients, and regulatory bodies while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed attorney in the Philippines (required) and preferably licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory, or administrative law.
• Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems and professional regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑border environment.
