Remote Training Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is seeking a Remote Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for its global Remote Team Members. You will act as an instructor, mentor, and coach, helping new hires build confidence and competence for client‑facing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and online classes for new and existing remote team members.
• Create, update, and maintain learning materials to ensure content stays fresh, relevant, and easy to understand.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics during training and keep accurate records.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to align with business goals and remote work best practices.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others grow through meaningful and practical training.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Experience designing learning experiences for remote or distributed teams.
• Ability to adapt content to various skill levels and learning preferences.
