Remote Training Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Training Specialist who will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for our Remote Team Members (RTMs). You will act as a mentor, coach, and curriculum designer, helping diverse talent transition smoothly from onboarding to client‑facing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching for new hires.
• Create, update, and maintain learning materials to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate records.
• Lead online classes and virtual workshops that accommodate different learning styles.
• Continuously refine training programs based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others grow and succeed in remote work environments.
• Experience in designing and delivering training, mentoring, or coaching.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage a culturally diverse audience.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
