Remote Training & Development Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Training & Development Specialist who will design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences for our global Remote Team Members. You will act as a mentor, coach and curriculum designer, helping new hires build confidence, competence and a professional mindset for remote client‑facing work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and online classes for new and existing Remote Team Members.
• Create, update and maintain learning materials to ensure content stays fresh, relevant and easy to understand.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentorship to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress and performance metrics during training programs.
• Continuously refine training approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with client expectations and business goals.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others grow and succeed in remote work environments.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training or learning programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor and coach remotely.
• Ability to adapt content for diverse cultural backgrounds and skill levels.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.
