Remote Training & Development Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for its global Remote Team Members. You will act as a mentor, coach, and instructional designer, helping new hires build confidence and competence for client‑facing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and online classes for new and existing remote staff.
• Create, update, and maintain learning materials to ensure content stays fresh, relevant, and easy to understand.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics during training programs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training methodologies to foster a culture of learning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience designing instructional content for remote audiences.
