Remote Sales Representative – Work From Home

About the role

This is a fully remote sales position focused on generating qualified appointments for a high‑performing closing team. You will work alongside top‑performing colleagues, receive intensive sales training, and have unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective sellers and generate interest.
• Book quality appointments for the closing team.
• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new leads.
• Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date CRM system.
• Provide self‑feedback and continuously improve daily.

Required profile

• Demonstrates extreme ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable engaging strangers and building trust quickly over the phone.
• Thrives on growth and does not shy away from rejection.
• Committed to working the scheduled hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST) and occasional after‑hours coverage.
