Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative who will work remotely to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. In this front‑line position you will generate qualified leads and set up opportunities for our catering sales team to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect new client opportunities through market analysis and outreach.
• Engage potential customers via cold‑calling, LinkedIn and other channels to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects based on fit, needs and interest in the company’s products or services.
• Lay the groundwork for long‑term relationships by understanding client challenges and aligning them with solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline by connecting qualified leads with the appropriate sales team members.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities, lead progress and growth forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in B2B sales development or lead generation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and research skills.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and target‑driven attitude.
• Highly organized with analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive or similar.
