Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Recruitment Specialist to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, handling the full recruitment cycle for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and AI tools.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews via HelloHire or similar platforms, and manage the interview process.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards, supporting document collection, license verification and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to source both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Strong phone presence, follow‑up skills and ability to close candidates.
• Self‑managed, proactive and able to juggle multiple openings.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
