Remote Recruitment Resourcer for UK Engineering & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to work remotely from the Philippines, supporting our UK‑based engineering and construction recruitment team. You will source and screen candidates for high‑volume skilled‑trades positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Contact, screen and assess candidates over the phone.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering and construction trades.
• Match candidates to active vacancies and update the CRM with accurate records.
• Support UK consultants with daily recruitment activities and urgent vacancy fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment resourcing experience.
• Previous experience supporting a UK recruitment agency (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident phone communication with candidates.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office.
