Remote Recruiter (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for client locations, including job ad creation and talent attraction strategies.
• Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers and track all requisition and candidate activity.
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers, and facilitate negotiations when required.
• Research markets and build pipelines of qualified and under‑represented candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, update resumes, and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and distribute candidate satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to act as the main liaison between hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
• Experience reading candidates for cultural fit and engaging them effectively.
• Ability to create and interpret recruitment reports and metrics.
• Familiarity with internet recruiting systems and ATS platforms.
