About the role

As a Remote Recruiter at ClearDesk you will connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based healthcare clients, helping to build reliable and compassionate teams while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for candidate outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
• Recommend improvements to hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to hiring needs.
• Strong attention to compliance and documentation processes.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• HelloHire (or similar interview scheduling tools).
• CareerPlug.
• LinkedIn.
• Facebook groups for outreach.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
