Remote Project Manager – AI & Automation

About the role

Persona is seeking a Remote Project Manager with a strong AI and automation mindset to redesign and unify workflows across the organization. This strategic, cross‑functional position will focus on breaking down silos, integrating AI tools, and building a cohesive operating structure.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and map end‑to‑end workflows across teams to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and silos.
• Lead projects aimed at workflow redesign, automation, and AI integration.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for streamlining operations and boosting productivity.
• Collaborate with operations, leadership, and technical stakeholders to implement workflow changes.
• Translate complex processes into clear documentation, frameworks, and execution plans.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across initiatives.
• Support teams through change management as new workflows and tools are introduced.
• Define success metrics and continuously optimize workflows post‑implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement, or workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimization, and cross‑functional operations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools, automation platforms, or no‑code/low‑code solutions.
• Ability to identify practical, real‑world applications of AI within business operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning ambiguity into actionable plans.
