About the role

IMPACT BRANDS is seeking a high‑energy Remote Outbound Sales Call Center Agent to close premium health and wellness programs for qualified leads. This is a results‑driven position where you will work from home, using a provided pipeline to generate revenue and impact millions of lives.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to qualified prospects.
• Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales on premium programs.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update the CRM/database after each interaction.
• Handle objections, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about existing products and services to convey value effectively.
• Collaborate with a global team and participate in training and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call‑center environments.
• Proven cold‑calling ability with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level).
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
