Remote Nursing Role – Philippines: Clinical Review & Patient Support

About the role

This remote nursing position supports patients throughout their healthcare journey by reviewing medical records, providing guidance, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role is open to both Philippine‑registered nurses (PHRN) and US‑registered nurses (USRN) residing in Manila or nearby provinces.

Key responsibilities

• Review patients' medical records, doctors' notes, and treatment histories.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' health status prior to hospital admission.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve inconsistencies in medical records.
• Maintain organized patient records and protect protected health information (PHI).
• Authenticate client and healthcare professional information.
• Use online resources to assess symptoms and recommend appropriate care facilities.
• Provide customer outreach, benefit counseling, and health‑wellness education.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license (Philippine RN or US RN) active within 6 months of application.
• Minimum 1 year bedside experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Active passport (for PHRN).
• Reliable internet connection (≥30 Mbps for PHRN, ≥50 Mbps for USRN).
• Residence in Manila or nearby provinces (Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite).
