Remote Medical/Dental Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical or Dental Nurse to join our growing remote team. In this position you will support patient care, improve clinical workflows, and work closely with physicians and the broader care team to ensure high‑quality virtual health services.

Key responsibilities

• Remote patient monitoring and triage
• Medication reminders and prescription refill coordination
• Medical chart review, auditing, and documentation
• Lab order processing and result coordination
• Scribing and maintaining accurate clinical records
• Conducting basic consultations and health assessments
• Patient communication, education, and follow‑up care
• General administrative support for the care team

Required profile

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines or the United States (cannot claim US licensure if not officially licensed)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (hospital or outpatient preferred)
• At least 1 year of remote work experience with a US‑based healthcare organization or US healthcare experience with a US nursing degree
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and US electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Front‑office or back‑office experience is a plus, not required
