About the role

Delegate CX is seeking a Remote Marketing Data Analyst to support its digital marketing initiatives from a home‑based setting. The role focuses on collecting, analysing, and interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimise campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clean data from various marketing platforms and tools.
• Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, insights, and performance gaps.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
