About the role

Twin Signal is looking for a remote IT Systems & Security Engineer to join its team. The role blends traditional IT support with security operations, focusing on Linux and Windows administration, cloud platforms, and vulnerability management.

Key responsibilities

• Linux system administration and maintenance
• Windows system administration and maintenance
• Execute and improve the vulnerability management plan
• Cloud administration on Azure and AWS
• User account management and access control
• System hardening and security patch management
• Documentation of procedures and incidents
• Technical support for staff members
• Office 365 and Google Workspace administration
• Security monitoring and incident response
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency
• 4+ years of Linux administration experience
• Strong command‑line proficiency
• Experience with security tools and monitoring systems
• Knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities
