Remote IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Remote IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on troubleshooting for Windows environments and Microsoft cloud services. The role is fully remote, requiring strong communication in English and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Administer Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server tasks, including user profile and permission management.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Azure‑joined devices, including MFA and account provisioning.
• Perform Windows update, driver, and software installations, as well as backup and restore operations.
• Conduct network troubleshooting (IP configuration, DNS, VPN, router/firewall basics).
• Support printers, network devices, and common business applications such as Outlook, Office, OneDrive, and Dropbox.
• Utilize troubleshooting tools like PowerShell, DISM, CHKDSK, SFC, Event Viewer, and Task Manager.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and reliable with proven remote support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tickets.
