About the role
We are looking for a Remote HR Generalist to support our US‑based clients. Based in the Philippines, you will work remotely providing employee‑relations, compliance and HR‑operations assistance for teams located in California.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employee‑relations issues and act as a point of contact for staff inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations and company policies.
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding and record‑keeping.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with US labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Competitive monthly salary of PHP 70,000 – 75,000.
- Full‑time remote work arrangement.
