Remote HR Generalist (People Operations & Workforce Reporting) - Philippines

About the role

A fast-growing U.S. healthcare team is looking for an HR Generalist to support its people operations, workforce reporting and technology-driven process improvement. This is a full-time permanent remote position based in the Philippines, working U.S. business hours and partnering directly with an experienced U.S.-based team. The pay is $1,500 USD per month.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and people operations across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and workforce summaries
• Support onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation and HR process improvements
• Own recurring workforce and headcount reports for leadership
• Maintain and update HR dashboards and reporting files
• Clean, validate and reconcile employee data across systems
• Build Excel or Google Sheets reports using pivots, lookups and formulas
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve HR workflows, analysis and documentation
• Identify gaps in HR processes and reporting and recommend practical improvements
• Support leadership with ad hoc HR reports and operational requests

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations or People Operations roles
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Regular experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Strong written and verbal English
• Ability to work required U.S. business hours and must be based in the Philippines
• Nice to have: experience with a U.S.-based company, healthcare or multi-site workforce, HRIS or ATS experience, dashboard and workforce reporting experience, startup or high-growth company background, and experience improving or automating HR processes
