Remote Home Care Scheduler

About the role

We are looking for a remote Home Care Scheduler to keep our U.S. home‑care operations running smoothly. You will coordinate caregiver shifts, handle last‑minute changes, and ensure seniors receive reliable, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain up‑to‑date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no‑shows and arrange replacements.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using our VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in the WellSky platform (training provided).
• Collaborate with the operations team to flag staffing issues and keep coverage smooth.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with caregivers and generate weekly staffing reports for leadership.
• Assist with administrative tasks and light recruitment support during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home‑care settings.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both caregivers and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the WellSky scheduling platform.
• Experience using VoIP telephone systems.
