Remote Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruiter (Full-Time)

About the role

ClearDesk is seeking a remote full‑cycle recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare clients. You will manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring each placement supports quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare positions, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
