Remote Customer Service Representative (Growthbacker)

About the role

As a Growthbacker, you will work remotely to engage business owners, understand their needs, and match them with Cyberbacker’s solutions. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and consultative sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls daily using provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify prospects, build rapport, and schedule appointments with business owners.
• Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings with pre‑qualified leads to assess needs and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver consultative presentations aligned with client objectives and Cyberbacker’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
• Resilience and willingness to handle rejection while staying motivated.
• Quick learner who can follow scripts and think on their feet.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or similar role with English‑speaking clients.
• Experience in full‑cycle sales, account executive or closing roles.
• Background in high‑ticket or B2B sales (inbound/outbound) preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales outreach tools.
• Industry experience in telecom, financial loans, or recruitment sales is a plus.
