Remote Clinical Nurse/Pharmacy Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse or Pharmacy Specialist to support our Memory Care Team remotely. The role focuses on coordinating patient follow‑up for FDA‑approved Alzheimer’s therapies (Kisunla, Leqembi), ensuring compliance with treatment protocols, MRI scheduling, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tracking of all active Kisunla/Leqembi patients and ensure timely follow‑up on pending Clinical Record items.
• Request and gather missing documentation from providers via fax, phone, or email, and collaborate with the Intake team for CMS registry and PET/MRI records.
• Review patient reports, coordinate MRI scheduling with referring offices, and report side effects to clinical teams.
• Respond promptly to urgent clinical emails regarding CRs for Leqembi/Kisunla patients.
• Participate in the patient enhancement program by completing adherence calls according to guidelines.
• Execute all duties within specified time frames to maintain workflow integrity.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted RN license (CNS certification preferred) or a registered pharmacist license.
• Strong background in Neurology, Geriatrics, or Memory Care.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple patient files simultaneously.
