Remote Call Center Sales Agent (Warm Leads)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, fully remote sales team that turns warm leads into confirmed self‑storage rentals. You’ll be the voice that guides prospects through unit options, pricing, and upsell opportunities while delivering top‑tier, on‑brand service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online leads, converting them into confirmed rentals.
• Explain unit sizes, features, and pricing to match customer needs.
• Upsell additional services to increase revenue and occupancy.
• Handle move‑out calls with empathy, aiming to retain customers.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet performance targets for conversions, follow‑ups, and call volume.
• Participate in team huddles and training sessions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a call‑center environment.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong listening skills.
• Goal‑driven, competitive, and able to exceed quotas.
• Available to work US time zones and meet minimum internet speed requirements (10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
