Remote Apparel & Sportswear Designer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Apparel & Sportswear Designer to create custom collections for our club partners. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with clubs, internal teams, and suppliers to turn creative concepts into production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design full seasonal collections, including match kits, training wear, tracksuits, hoodies, polos, outerwear, and accessories.
• Interpret club briefs, brand guidelines, colours and cultural elements into compelling apparel designs.
• Create accurate 3D garment renders in CLO 3D to visualise fit, drape and material details.
• Prepare visual assets for internal presentations and client approvals.
• Produce detailed production‑ready artwork, tech packs and size grading specifications.
• Liaise with textile suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an apparel or sportswear designer, preferably in performance or teamwear.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics and manufacturing processes.
• Experience designing soccer/football kits or similar sports uniforms.

Required skills

• CLO 3D (or comparable 3D garment software).
• Adobe Illustrator for artwork and production files.
