Reliability Engineer

About the role

Vishay is seeking a full‑time Reliability Engineer to work on‑site in Binan. The role focuses on ensuring the long‑term reliability of electronic components and manufacturing processes through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and analyze reliability tests and product qualification activities.
• Perform failure analysis, identify root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to implement reliability‑centered maintenance programs.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and support design reviews.
• Contribute to global reliability standards and ensure compliance with internal and industry requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in reliability engineering concepts, modeling and test planning.
• Hands‑on experience with failure analysis and troubleshooting of electronic components or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or electronic component manufacturing is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
