Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Wealth Management will be responsible for growing and deepening relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals. You will acquire new clients, expand existing portfolios and ensure the delivery of tailored financial advisory services that meet both client needs and the bank’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and deepen high‑net‑worth client relationships to achieve targeted assets under management and revenue.
• Maintain a network of prospective clients and referrals; schedule regular calls and visits.
• Conduct client meetings to assess investment needs, risk profile and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Ensure all client information is up‑to‑date and compliant with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide sales coaching to Relationship Associates to enhance product marketing capabilities.
• Deliver timely, professional account management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty.
• Monitor market developments (FX, bonds, equities) and communicate opportunities to clients.
• Coordinate with internal bank units and affiliated companies to service client requests.

Required profile

• Team player with confident client‑facing demeanor.
• At least a four‑year degree in a business‑related field.
• Preferably fluent in Chinese.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
