Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Wealth Management is responsible for growing and deepening relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals. The role involves acquiring new clients, expanding existing portfolios, and delivering tailored financial advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit and acquire new high‑net‑worth accounts while deepening existing relationships to meet targeted sales volume, assets under management (AUM) and revenue goals.
• Develop a network of prospective clients and referrals, planning and scheduling regular calls and visits.
• Conduct client meetings to identify investment needs, establish risk profiles, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client information, ensuring compliance with BSP regulations, Know Your Client (KYC) and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) requirements.
• Provide sales coaching to Relationship Associates to enhance product marketing capabilities.
• Deliver professional account management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty.
• Continuously monitor market developments and communicate opportunities such as currency fluctuations, bond and stock market trends.
• Coordinate with internal bank groups and affiliated companies to support client needs.

Required profile

• Team player with confidence in client interactions and ability to drive successful business transactions.
• At least a four‑year degree in any business‑related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance processes.
