About the role
The Relationship Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Central Luzon, Philippines, delivering personalized banking and financial solutions to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Identify client financial needs and propose tailored banking products.
- Analyze client portfolios and provide timely advice.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high‑quality customer service.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Achieve sales and performance targets.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Educational background in Finance, Business Management, Economics or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, banking or financial services is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using banking software.
