Regulatory Pharmacist

About the role

Carabao Commercial Corporation is looking for a detail‑oriented Regulatory Pharmacist to ensure compliance with Philippine government regulations for the importation, distribution, registration and sale of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and related products. The role will act as the company’s designated pharmacist and will coordinate regulatory documentation, product registrations, licences and communications with authorities and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit applications for product registration, licensing, renewals, amendments and variations for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food products with the Philippine FDA.
• Monitor the progress of applications, follow up on pending items, respond to deficiencies and represent the company during FDA inspections and audits.
• Review product labels, packaging and promotional materials for regulatory accuracy and provide guidance to marketing and product teams.
• Support pharmacovigilance activities by documenting product complaints, adverse events and coordinating corrective actions.
• Maintain master lists of registered products, licences and regulatory dossiers, ensuring proper storage and timely renewals.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in the Philippines with experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Philippine FDA regulations and international regulatory requirements for health and wellness products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination and regulatory reporting.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
